24 Hours In: Wales

I’m in the spare room at my parent’s house as I write this, trying to fit on a bed smaller than a single bed, and trying not to fall off at the same time!

Mostly, coming home and seeing family members, (13 of them this time!), is always one of my favourite things, one of my cousin’s kids is 10 years old, and she’s already over 5ft tall! She is so big.

I love how travelling to the countryside lets me forget any city stresses, and I can breathe clean air, hug the dog and just reminisce about growing up in a mostly female household!

That mug in the image, is a mug I bought with pocket money on holiday when I was 11 years old. I can’t believe my parents still own it! The pictures are wearing off now, but it’s the perfect size for mega cups of tea/coffee!

Mug: (my own), Ring: & Other Stories (was a gift!).

On the downside, I definitely have a coldsore coming, which is typical when I am starting a new job in a few days 😦

Tomorrow will involve heading back down South and prepping to start this new contract. I am excited!

Is everybody having a nice Saturday?
